  • I moved to this area in 1984 and have seen it grow from being a quite sleepy little area of Paradise to being a boom of luxury homes and condos.  I originally worked with the developer of Seagrove Beach, Cube McGee and saw his love for this area that was so unique with the Florida Oak Trees and Magnolias growing along the coast.  My husband and I raised out daughter and three grandchildren here in South Walton and now have two great grandchildren.  The love of this place with its beautiful beaches and intrigued Bay and Rivers are what make it a special place to live and work. I have marketed this area since 1985 and have the acknowledge of all the areas in South Walton.   I have helped developers with their investments and individuals finding their piece of Paradise.

We first started our adventure in Inlet Beach and now, with our 2 year old little boy, Joseph, we call Seagrove home. We absolutely love it!   • LaRonda purchased her first investment property in Seagrove Beach in 1998, after falling in love and deciding one day this would be her home. Since then she has invested, and purchased other properties in our area, one of which is now her primary dream home.

    A native of Mississippi, she has lived primarily in Texas and California, before finally getting here full time.
    LaRonda is passionate about helping others find there ideal investment, second, or full time residence here in our beautiful area. She has experience with fixers, as well as turn key properties, and works hard to meet her clients needs.
