  • Judy is an active agent with 30A Realty, Inc. representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis.  Her business is built on: Dedication, Communication, Determination and Trust.     During her ten year real estate career she has worked as an appraiser, negotiated short sales at McNeese Law Firm and now is a sales associate with 30A. Judy is an accredited buyer’s rep (ABR) as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Women Counsel of Realtors and Emerald Coast Association where she has had the privilege of being a part of the leadership team. Judy enjoys being an active voice in the real estate community at both the local and state level working to protect property rights for primary residence and investors alike.

    A lover of all things beachy, Judy has lived on the coast of Florida for 36 years and for the last  11 years has found her happy place in Santa Rosa Beach with her husband Frank, two boys Ayden and Keaton, and three fur babies Ridley, Simone and Lucy (AKA: Tinkle).

    You might ask what makes the Emerald Coast so special. Well, besides the sugar sand beaches each area has its own appeal. You will find communities that are primary residence and others that are beach rentals, from peaceful quiet to bustling with activity. That’s where Judy comes in.     As for our market, it is driven by supply and demand. The Emerald Coast is a small area that is surrounded by National Forest, Dune lakes and protected sand dunes where future development is limited and the area is not far from build out.
