My husband and I visited the Santa Rosa Beach for the first time in the fall of last year. After many years of owning a condo on 30A, my wife and I made the decision to begin our search for our future Beach Home. I commissioned Brad O’Brien of 30A Realty to sell my condo located in The Village of Blue Mountain Beach because I knew of his reputation of being highly knowledgeable about real estate on 30A. His perseverance and his knowledge of the market’s buyers was instrumental in obtaining a “more than expected” selling price for our condo. Our first two contracts fell through due to the buyers’ individual financial issues.
